Located in Lisbon and with Commerce Square reachable within a 1-minute walk, Pestana Rua Augusta Lisboa provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

Conveniently set in the center of Porto, Ribeira Douro Hotel has 2-star accommodations close to Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. This was our favourite hotel so far on our trip. Location a few steps to the River or a short walk to the historic centre of town was perfect. And yet the rooms were super quiet. Breakfast was included and was extensive and varied every day. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

Located in Nelas, 9.3 miles from Mangualde Live Artificial Beach, Puro Dão Hotel & Spa has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Fantastic experience, everything was high-end Great value for money !! The chef restaurant was delicious!!

Providing free WiFi, Praia FLH Hotels Ericeira offers rooms in Ericeira, 15 miles from Sintra National Palace and 16 miles from Quinta da Regaleira. The hotel was so cute. The decor was great, the room was clean, and it was very quiet so we had a great night's rest. The location was perfect, right in the center of the village. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh in the gorgeous dining room.

Located in Porto, 1.8 miles from FC Porto Museum, Hotels 705 Porto Prime Home provides accommodations with a fitness center, private parking, a garden and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Breakfast was good, if a little poor on choice. More than enough to get started though, and the convenience of having it delivered to the room (as well as the wide range of times available to have it delivered) vastly outweighed any shortcomings of the breakfast itself.

Located in Braga, a 8-minute walk from Braga Se Cathedral, INNSiDE by Meliá Braga Centro has accommodations with a restaurant and private parking. Location is fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and well maintained

Located in Porto, a 10-minute walk from Sao Bento Metro Station, Vincci Bonjardim provides accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Excellent room, quiet and clean. Excellent breakfast and the rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Very central location. Quiet and pleasant.

Located in Tomar, 22 miles from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima, Estalagem Santa Iria Hotel & Spa provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. This hotel was a hidden gem. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the beautiful park like grounds, our spacious room, and the very private spa.
