Customer service and general attitude of all the staff were exceptional. Location was fantastic. Hotel itself is beautiful. Its been an extremely long time since I have had this kind of service at a hotel - a must stay when in Samarkand.

The resort's location was excellent, with lush green areas and beautiful views. The restaurants and spa facilities were outstanding as well. This allowed me to spend peaceful, relaxing vacation time with my family.

We’ve had such a great time at the Kohinur Plaza that we stayed two days longer than planned. It’s the perfect place to stay in Samarqand. The very best thing about the Kohinur are the staff members. They’ve all been extremely friendly and kind. Faridun and Firdavs have been particularly helpful, as they gave us great restaurant recommendations. Their cheerfulness has been infectious and we were very touched to see how much their cared about our wellbeing. Thank you!! Another staff member of the hotel, Kamil, gave us a private tour through Samarkand. That was the perfect way for us to explore the city and learn about Usbekistan. If you get the chance for a tour by Kamil you should definitely take it. We highly recommend it! The breakfast offered a wide range of food and all was very tasty. Here again the staff was very friendly and caring. The hotel is very modern. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. We also loved the pool, as the water had the perfect temperature to refresh and the atmosphere was very nice.

It was our first visit to Bukhara, and choosing this hotel was the right decision. The building is new, with a historical design, and is located in the center. Warm thanks to Daler and Azim at the reception desk.

the service of the staff exceptionally good especially Abdul Azeez and also Sayed. Azeez came with me to change my currency the location of which was considerably far by walk. The quiteness cleanliness friendliness of staff are superb.

I recently stayed at Sarhad Hotel in Bukhara and had a very positive experience. This is a new hotel, managed directly by the owners, who clearly take pride in providing excellent service to their guests. The staff were attentive throughout our stay (there were 5 of us in two rooms) and always did their best to ensure comfort and convenience. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous and tasty selection to start the day. A particularly thoughtful gesture was on the day of our early departure for Khiva: the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for the train journey, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, Sarhad Hotel combines modern comfort with genuine hospitality, making it a very good choice for anyone visiting Bukhara.
