It was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly staff, welcome drink during check in. Very beautiful and cozy design, stylish interior. Amazing breakfast, and especially delicious cappuccino! We enjoyed the spa area, its really relaxing, also nice to have tea/water all the time. I had my birthday during the stay, Hotel Zhero made a surprise to me a Prosecco and little fruits plate in the room, it was very kind little gift! We rented ski and snowboard, equipment was of a good quality and well selected by the staff. Also we appreciated the free ski shuttle service so we did not need to use our car at all. Good underground parking, safe. I will definitely return to hotel Zhero once in Ischgl!

The hotel has a very worm and modern atmosphere with unique concept of DIY in terms of food and beverages. Every room gets fridge space as well as storage space for goods that do not require cooling in the kitchen. All the staff and the owner are very friendly and cool people. The spa is nice and quite with 4 different saunas to choose from. Everything is in the good shape and maintained properly. Breakfast is very good with lots of options (highlights for us were the juice prep from fresh carrots, ginger, apples and salary). And the bonus is the BEST coffee I've tasted in hotels available 24/7 in the lobby.

Just 150 metres from the Waldbahn Cable Car in Fiss, the Natürlich Hotel is right next to the slopes. It features a spa and a balcony overlooking the mountains in each room.

We highly recommend this place. We met very nice staff, everyone was helpful and attending. Underground parking is available. Breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is located on the main street with all the restaurants and bars just a few steps away. There is very close to the ski lifts. Rooms are clean and very stylish. The hotel is very cozy, family-run boutique hotel. The quiet location promises a good night’s sleep. The proprietors and all working there were very friendly, helpful with advice. The star is the kitchen - each five-course dinner is not just a piece of culinary art, but also represents five extremely pleasant surprises. That, plus the very rich breakfast, with options for every taste. The rooms are lovely furnished in natural wood and spacius with breathtaking views. We had a super relaxed time and we hope we will come again.
