Everything was great! Food was delicious, staff was really really friendly. Rooms very spacious, clean and very very nice. Location probably could not be better since is in the middle of two chairlifts and in the city centre. Joker card made our vacation much easier and cheaper.

Great position, 5 minute by car to the glacier Kitzeinhorn, 10 minute from lake zel am see, fantastic thermal center so clean and organized, nice gym and swimming pools. Great breakfast , dinner not so good ( in italy we cook better..). One particular mention to Hannes the man who propose excursion so professional and kind. The bycicle tour of the valley and around lake for me and my son was unforgetteble !

The view from the lobby outside, towards the lush green park and the mountains, is also pleasant. Gym and spa are excellent. The most outstanding quality of the hotel is the service, in particular the front door team and valet. The concierge Mr Raji is a true gem of a person. He is among the Top 3 concierges we experienced around the world, easily beating Four Seasons staff, and maybe he is the Nr. 1.
