Everything! The room was definitely bigger than we expected, very cozy and comfortable. Great little spa area with a pool, amazing breakfast, and - I cannot stress this enough - extremely welcoming staff. It felt almost like visiting a grandma house in the mountains.

The A-VITA Viktoria Residenzen & A-VITA living are both located in the center of Seefeld.

Best possible location in town: reachable by car (although even temporarily you can only park across the street), and in the middle of downtown. Views towars the Nordkette and/or the city are nice, although the latter only on higher floors.
