Very nice hotel, good food, nice and friendly staff. Maybe one recommedation, if you want to sleep with the windows open, my advice to ask for a room at the back as (heavy) traffic already starts at 5PM.

Perfect location between Forest-Est station (1 stop from Brussel-Zuid in 5 min) and concert venue. Not directly on the street curb so it was pretty quiet. Supermarket also next to Forest Theater. Cute apartment with everything you need. Clear instructions for the key. We didn't see our host but they answered quickly to our message.

The room is spacious and well designed. The location is right in Brussels and you can access the metro or a bus very easily. I will be coming back in the near future on a personal trip and will be staying here to explore more of Brussels. Staff recommended a great restaurant and had friendly conversations as well!
