Absolutely everything perfect. From the more than excellent cleaning, to the attention and kindness of Nadya, the owner. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby. The main street is only 2 minutes away. The beaches are very close. Both my wife and my daughter and I have felt at home. Thanks again for everything. Without a doubt this will be our place for our return to Kiten.

This is the third time that I spend some days in this Family Hotel . The owners are extremely friendly and talk good English. The rooms are modern and well decorated . Breakfast is not included but with a few extra money you can have a good start of the day . Swimmingpool is available for free and water is cristal and clean . Balcony is also with big dimension and you can seat comfortable for relaxing outside the room.

This seafront hotel is located right next to Sozopol’s South Fortress Wall. Its restaurant offers a water-side terrace. The nearest beach and the Old Town are less than 150 metres away.

Excellent location! The room and bathroom were very clean. We absolutely loved this accommodation. The view from 3rd floor to Old Sozopol and Central beach were spectacular. We will recommend with pleasure. 🙂

Green area is all around the complex, you can use swimming pools and bars, there's also a small supermarket where you can buy food. If you want to go to a restaurant, better book a table to stay safe. There are also fruit and vegetable stalls 5 min away from the complex entrance. You can also have a walk in a historical village Sozopol- 10 min away by car, do the shopping, photoshoot, have dinner. The sea is clean with golden sand and is good for both kids and adults. Inside the apartment is everything needed to stay as if you are at home, kitchen is well equipped. Parking is at the end of the complex and is free of charge.
