The hotel is perfect in every aspect. It is the one and only hotel directly on the beach + beachbar with service, a pool which is never crowded, a lot of comfy free beach chairs with a lot of space in between. Super friendly and helpful staff and valet parking. Spacious rooms with everything, including enough lights (not in all hotels), quality soaps and drinks. The silent airco continuous working when not in the room. There is soft music playing through the complete hotel, every room has a balcony. I would suggest to book one of the seaview rooms. The Sunny Beach promenade runs behind the hotel, everything including restaurants within meters of the hotel. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food with a good choice at a fair price.

Everything was amazing. The staff are super nice, the all inclusive is great, the restaurants and all the food are delicious and very diverse. The rooms are spacious. There are so many programs and the animation team is top. I celebrated my birthday here, they helped to arrange cake, flowers, special dinner setting, etc. They were amazing. For sure we will return. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk. There are so many shopping opportunities around, even an exchange place right in the hotel. The spa is also great.

Quality services and the food was great. The stuff was very friendly. The room was cleaned everyday. For sure we will return in the summer. We didn’t found a parking space in front of the hotel because was full, but we left the car on the street near the hotel and nothing happened - safe place.

    -The swimming pool was the highlight for me, very big and clean and nicely designed. - The view was very nice looking over the sea. - The rooms were big, and there was a big balcony also overlooking the sea. - Decent kitchen amenities. For £30 a night it was a very good deal. But normally it's £60 a night, at that price it's too expensive for Bulgaria and I wouldn't pay that.
