Staff friendly and super helpful with directions to see the falls, taking heavy suitcase up the stairs, and other things. When I mentioned another person in the dorm may have lost their credit card they went out of their way to check all around the bunk bed. Very clean and dorm beds made up each day. Nice strong bunk beds. Airconditioning good when hot and blankets good when cold. Lovely breakfast and nice common area to sit inside or outside. Very quick to get uber and bus. Can take bus to/from airport for 5 reales. 1 block walk to bus stop. Also can get buses to falls.

this hotel was truly spectacular and was everything we wished for :) the suite was spacious, including a living area off the bedroom and air cons in both! the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff working there were very welcoming! the pool and gym were lovely facilities and it felt very relaxed. the outdoor lift was a special added bonus!

Super comfortable room. The host Öle was amazing and helped us in every way to have an optimal experience at the Waterfalls. There were also some excellent restaurants in town.
