The room was super big and really nice. We were able to enjoy the gym and the view on the top floor. The staff was really nice. Our cleaning lady (Josiane)was especially attentive to our needs and made sure to clean the room while we were just stepping out for an hour, and brought us some items we needed and asked for which made our life much easier.

We stayed in the Suite room with a comfortable King size bed. They added a single bed for my son for only additional 30% charge. The room is big and clean and it has a balcony for us to get the fresh air. We all enjoyed the breakfast every morning especially the guava juice. The staffs are always nice to us.

Exceptional hotel. Really good value and comfy. We were flying at 3am and the reception staff really looked after us and let us keep the room free of charge until midnight which we were really pleased about. Would highly recommend 👌

This hotel is a gem. Staff, facility, location, room.....everything was great! We really had a wonderful time over the New Year. They provided very personalized service of high quality. Located in the centre of Pelourinho and easy access to every attraction, restaurant, and sight of interest. The hotel itself, including our room, was beautiful, and its restaurant was excellent. Excellent hotel, in my opinion located in the perfect spot of the city (San Antonio), very close to Pelourinho but still outside the busy center. The view from the hotel is stunning and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended.
