Room had a great view on São Paulo’s skyline, and was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast room looks fantastic with all the plants. The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It is big and super well stocked with weights, machines, including some that you wouldn’t usually see in a hotel gym (stairmaster for example). It is also accessible to external users I believe, but it was never too busy when I went. The pool is great, and makes it hard to believe you are in the centre of Sao Paulo. Staff was nice upon check in and check out and spoke great English.

The property is well located and in the middle of São Paulo. Perfect for tourism or business. The staff is excellent and the service is incredible. Jaqueline from housekeeping was amazing. The front desk staff very friendly and efficient.

Everything was perfect, especially for the price. Good location, the staff was friendly and helpful and even speaking english. They even offered us an early check in without any extra costs. The room was super clean and big and also the breakfast was very good.
