The rooms were clean and well presented. The breakfast was delicious and substantial. The staff friendly and the location great for us as tourists - very close to everything we wanted to see.

Beautiful elegant building in a great location. Great service and amazing breakfast much from gardens of the house. Look out for the deer grazing in the garden!

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast was above what I would have expected. They made something special and different each morning.

The Victorian experience is alive and well in this lovely 125-year-old house turned into tea room and 9-room hotel. Breakfast is included, which is worth the price alone. Guests also get 25% off Afternoon Tea (dinner not needed after this.) This is not the usual hotel stay, but it’s clean comfortable and memorable due to the ambience and a wonderful staff. PS. The complimentary evening tea or glass of bubbly is just the cherry on top. I can’t wait to come back!

Good food in the restaurant, loved Eggs Benny and fruit. Also had dinner at the hotel and the prawns were amazing. Bar staff and waitress were professional and recommended items on the menu.

It was 5 mins from where I needed to be each day. My room was serviced everyday. Meals were great.
