The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.

Loved the staff and location of Hotel Interlaken! It more than exceeded in what we had expected from a hotel we did not know about!!! The breakfast options were excellent. The housekeeping staff was amazing!!! The staff at the reception, during all times of the day were absolutely a treat!!!

I happened to forget my suitcase at the hotel. The staff was willing to help us send my suitcase to my current stay at that time. He even got an offer of the reduced delivery charges for me! The Hotel Seaside, Spiez is centrally located 12km from Interlaken and 9km from Thun, and a 5-minute walk from the shores of Lake Thun.

The location is really good, near the lake side, walkable to train station. I spent a good time staying in Hotel Seaside. And the breakfast is good too. Interesting thing is that Switz people name lakes as "sea".

We liked everything! The house itself is beautifully furnished and has high end appliances. Every little detail was well thought of. It was spotless clean. The location is amazing surrounded by mountains and hills. It is a very peaceful place. We could see cows passing occasionally. :). The hosts were very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question.

The location was perfect. Far from the city in a quiet place with amazing view. In front of the hotel is a bus stop to reach everywhere. We definitely will come back again.

The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was very attractive and well-equipped. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the balcony was superb. Great location also.
