The hosts were great, from the front desk to the restaurant. Rooms were very nice, very clean, very comfortable and well stocked. View of the Matterhorn from our room was very pretty. Appreciated their welcome note with chocolates and their good bye bag of bottled water and chocolate bars. Looking forward to be back.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.

The staff left no stone unturned to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The included spa and sauna was the highlight of the stay.

Unique Hotel Post is situated in the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the rooms boast views of the Matterhorn.

Perfect! Just got back our month long honeymoon and this was our favourite hotel we stayed in. We were in the Matterhorn Junior Suite and it was just gorgeous, so comfortable and cosy but spacious. Nice view of the Matterhorn. A bit obstructed by the building in front BUT that didn’t really take away from the view, just made the room feel more private. Room service food was excellent, included breakfast was great and service overall was fantastic. Couldn’t fault the location, central to pretty much everything. Room was a bit warm the first night but we were advised to open a window which we did, no issues after that. Great for the environment! Booked massages and used the spa a few times, so relaxing and everything you need at all times is provided including refreshments, extra towels, etc. Will 100% be staying here again if we come back.

The Hotel Mirabeau is tranquilly situated, only 200 metres from the Zermatt railway station, and features superb wellness facilities and great Matterhorn views.

Staffs are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights. Breakfast was great, bar in the evening was great. Also we were given an upgrade from a deluxe to a suite on the top floor of the hotel with a jacuzzi and chocolates given everyday. Absolutely over the moon with our stay. On the last day of our stay, hotel also provided a free ride to another apartment which we would be staying in Zermatt... what more can I say about the service ？THX EVERYONE you made our stay in zermatt more than perfect !
