We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and its location was excellent—within a 10-minute walk from both the train station and Lake Thun's boat dock. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous, helping us with our luggage and providing us with maps for sightseeing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady who prepared the breakfast was also very friendly. As we were leaving, we ran into them and exchanged a cheerful farewell. It was truly a delightful trip.

The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type.
