In the middle of nowhere, there is the paradise on earth. An hotel in the center of a beautiful village surrounded by magnificent mountains. Haven of peace where everything is settled. Very warm welcome. You immediately feel at home here. The staff is very kind. The rooms are beautiful. Mountain style decoration with a little modernism, it's very cozy. The garden with the chairs around the SPA and the swimming pool is beautifully maintained. The restaurant's menus are incredible and you can have one of the dishes as “ à la carte” very appreciating . The food is excellent. This small hotel was a stopover on our trip. A coincidence which makes things good because we will come back 💯. We love this place. So quiet. Very nice hikes with free tickets from the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Riders Hotel in Laax, and I cannot recommend it enough! However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service at the reception. Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued. The location is perfect. Right at the bottom of the gondolas. The appartments are good size and clean. Basic equipment in the kitchen but enough. There are a couple of restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and some other shops in the resort which is very useful. Make sure you book a table in any restaurant well in advance, they are pretty busy.

The 4-star signinahotel in Laax enjoys a convenient location right at the lower terminus of the cable car and offers a wellness area, a restaurant and a bar.

I'm traveling from Japan, and Thusis is very convenient for sightseeing as both the Bernina Express and Glacier Express stop there. it is very difficult (and expensive!) to find accommodations with parking in Chur and St. Moritz.
