The service by John and Noah was excellent! The property is away from hustle and bustle of the city centre and is quite. It’s easily accessible by a 10 min bus ride from the hotel and they give you a free bus pass. Excellent location

The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

This was such a beautiful surprise. Haven’t enjoyed staying at a hotel in a loooong time. The ladies who run the place are super warm and welcoming. They host all guests for an Apero in the evening (maybe was a Xmas thing, but I loved it a lot) the room is spacious, clean, warm, nicely furnished, has coffee and tea facilities and a minibar. Comfy bed and a couch to lounge on. The dinner at the hotel was spectacular. Very meticulously curated 3 course dinner and the lady chef put all her love and creativity into the dishes. One massive plus: they arranged a welcome corner for my dog with a bed and two bowls.

The modern Hotel Krone is just a 5-minute walk from the banks of Lake Lucerne and Buochs Ferry Port. It features 2 restaurants and a summer terrace with garden lounge.

Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was well stocked, comfortable, and spacious. Cleanliness of the hotel and the room was excellent. Check in and out were speedy and the valet car parking was exceptional.

Location：The hotel is near the line Monument, about 200m away. It’s 150m distance to the lake. Transportation: There are line1/7/14 bus station near the hotel. 3 stops to the Luzern rail station. Very convenience. Staff: The staff are very kind, especially the reception desk. They provided fans in my room when we check in. Breakfast: good to taste.

I spent 1 night un this hotel and it was great !! Amazing spacious room with everything i needed and more . The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect and clean. the hotel is located in the center close to most of the attractions, restaurants and bars The staff was very nice and helpful. highly recommended !
