Amazing staff, helped us solve a problem with our luggage and recommended places we could drive to for beautiful things to do. Had great ideas of where to eat also. Location was perfect, right in the centre of town, yet our room was so quiet!

The hotel is wonderful and we stayed in the suite, which meant that we had the special perk of having private tours in a car at our discretion. I completely loved this awesome place, best hotel ever, people is very very nice, Santiago from the front desk is super nice, you can tell he loves his job, his willingness to help you. All staff is very supportive and friendly, they welcome you with honest smiles. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, the design worth some nice pictures. Delicious breakfast, I don’t have anything bad to mention. I loved they have bicycles, so you can go on a ride if you arrive before the check in, they also have sunscreen and body lotion at the front desk, nice detail to help you with Atacama’s weather. The woman that helps with the cleansing of the hotel (the one that owns a dog) is very kind, she makes you feel like home. 300% recommended this place! Thank you all! 🥰
