My wife and I liked the overall appearance of the hotel. Inside and out, the room, lounge, and dining areas were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the lounge area upstairs. Even though the hotel does provide beverages, my wife and I were able to buy the products we preferred at the store and enjoy them in that area. I loved the atmosphere (music and lighting)! I should have taken more pictures but I do have video of the room. We only live about an hour and a half away so it makes for a nice weekend trip. We hope to visit again soon.

The place is comfy, the staff are very kind. I traveled solo and it was very nice of them to be extremely worried in case I needed whatever. I was offered a cup of glass to drink my soda, a plate to serve my food, I was asked if I had slept well and the breakfast was delicious, healthy and with many options to eat. It was a very nice stay and I would definitely go back If I had to.

We had an amazing stay here. What a perfect location and the view from the room was incredible! The bed was super comfortable too. The breakfast also deserves a special mention - wide selection, good service and nothing beats eating it on the terrace overlooking Valparaíso! Everything!! It's a sweet boutique hotel in the middle of the colorful hills of Valparaiso. Great, cozy place. The view from the terrace is magnificent, the bed is comfortable and all the staff goes beyond their call to help you out! They even served us breakfast earlier than their regular hours because we had to hit the road.
