My son lost his phone in the taxi, and the concierge staff was extremely patient and helpful trying to get his phone back. Eventually, the driver came back with it! Our rooms had a great view of the ocean, and walking along the harbour was wonderful. Lots of great restaurants across the street as well.

Staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. It was a surprise that there was a electronic bidget in the bathroom which usually can only find at hotels in Japan. Buffet breakfast was worth to try especially I had been offered a 20% off. There were lots of variety and the food were delicious. I did not expect we could have ice cream for breakfast buffet!

Room was amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor area. The aesthetic and the theme of the hotel was stunning - the hotel was aware of the leaves and nature attracted mosquitos so the door covers, plug ins and sprays provided were great. Staff were wonderful and super helpful.

It was an exceptional experience to stay at the highest St Regis in the world! The view and architecture were super impressive, the staffs have the warmest welcome and not forgeting Alice for being very attentive to our requests. They certainly made us felt welcome. The pool is great and nice with a hot jacuzzi bath. There is also a nice bar at Level 95 which we enjoyed. The room is nice and the bed is comfy, and I love their choice of hand soap :)
