Sonesta overbooked so I had no room. It was no problem though they arranged me a super new hotel at a good rate in a great area. The staff member was super professional and I was happy to move. We loved everything since the very first moment. After a long trip (we were traveling with a 2 years old kid and a 6 month baby), we had welcoming drinks in the bar and they helped us a lot with all our needs (huge luggage, hiring private city tour, etc). The room had everything we needed and super comfortable for our family. Special mention to the personnel, all of them, without exception, were marvelous. We will surely come back and highly recommend it!

I'm delighted to share that I had a positive experience during my recent stay at Hotel Cabrera Imperial.
