from the moment I arrived in reception, I was made to feel like a King! The gentleman checking me in was called Alex, and it was like having a personal concierge for my whole stay. He was very professional, but with such a happy demeanour to go with it. Great hospitality skill set. The spa is incredible, the view, the gym and the facilities.

The hotel is fantastic with an unbeatable location, in the heart of El Poblado and 10 min walk to Provenza. The service from all of the staff is exemplary in particular Pablo in the roof top bar and breakfast area who always made me feel welcome every single time. Sure sound proofing isn’t the greatest between rooms HOWEVER it is only a minor disruption - especially as you’re in Medellin, who wants to be sitting in their room all the time anyway!!! Highly recommended and I will stay again.

Friendly, helpful staff. The area felt safe and quiet and was a stone's throw from the Metro station. Breakfast was served on a lovely roof terrace.

I recently stayed at The Charlee hotel and I have to say, it was an awesome experience. Mr. Charlie was great and really went out of his way to make us feel at home. He gave us some great recommendations for meals and places to go, and even sorted out our taxis for us on most days. The hotel itself is really nice and has a cool, industrial style. The new restaurant downstairs serves up some seriously delicious food, and I highly recommend getting the breakfast for your stay - it was definitely a highlight of my mornings! The rooftop is also a must-visit - it has a great vibe in the evenings with house music and stunning views of the city. Just be aware that the hotel is located on a party road, so if you're looking for peace and quiet in the evenings, it may not be the best option for you. Overall, I would highly recommend The Charlee hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and vibrant stay in the heart of the city. Mr. Charlie and his team really made our trip extra special, and we can't wait to visit again soon.
