Staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was superb. We've stayed at this location several times, and I think over the 4 or so times we've been there, things have continuously improved from excellent to outstanding. The management and staff at this location are truly doing a great job.

Easy collection of keys. Straightforward instructions at the end of a phone number you dial on arrival. Name of your room is on the keys. The entrance is secure. The entrance i on this 2nd floor apartments well kept. The apartment was stocked with all conveniences. The modern Kitchen had little extras like pepper and oil to cook. The bedroom was simple but chic. The bathroom had a large modern shower area. There were two terraces on this second floor apartment looking over to the Kurpark and the Kirnitzschtalbahn stop.

Everything was amazing. Location is very good, close to the historical elevator. Staff was really helpful and friendly, room was cozy and nice especially after a nice hike, it was good to relax in the room with either enjoying balcony, chilling in bed or watching stuff on the couch.
