We were greeted by a friendly host on arrival. She checked us in and walked us to our room which was in a different building. Parking was private and secured by a gate. The room was very clean and well appointed. We received a card with deals in local tourism sites and restaurants and had a nice meal at one of their partner sites. Breakfast was delicious with many choices in the main hotel restaourant. Located in the center of town this is a fabulous location for those looking to visit Goslar and the Harz.

The family room is so nice, with 2 separate bathrooms as well, we absolutely love it. Beautiful view from balcony, just cross the road is a big park, very pleasant to walk.

Bockwiese is a beautiful place, and many rooms offer good view over the village. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The staff was kind and communicative. This is one of the few places in the area offering a half-board, which is convenient for families.

Good facilities, comfortable, quiet, very clean, good range of equipment for self catering, and host responds quickly to questions. The DB and HSB railway station is close-by, and it is a short walk into the lovely old town of Werinigerode, where there are plenty of good restaurants. There is a budget supermarket a short walk in the opposite direction, along with an independent bakery a few yards up the road, and further choices within a short drive. There is a small paved terrace accessed by French door, which is pleasant to sit outside for meals. The bathroom is very spacious, clean, well equipped, and shower works well
