Customer service during my stay was personal and friendly from start to finish. Room quality and cleanliness was exceptional. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was thoroughly cleaned and left like new every day. Really enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Perfect location on the square, comfortable accommodation, superbly clean. Very friendly staff team. Good parking. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Added bonus of live music in the square. It's on our list for a return visit next year.

Everything was good, except the noise on the roof in the early hours, maybe a squirrel or something, but there's nothing anyone can do about that.

Ultra convenient location when passing trough on a roadtrip (A1). Clean, quiet, cosy. Unbelievably good value for money. We booked same day, not knowing how far we’d be able to go in one day. We had dinner in the restaurant upon arrival - an absolutely lovely experience. Sitting outside in the beer garden, enjoying the beautifully lit park at dusk. Great food (enormous portions - the starters were meals in its own). And then there was Jake - our (British) waiter - fantastic! So attentive and energetic. He even brought us wine samples so we could choose the perfect glass with the food. And there was even a dog parking with water for our dog. The only reason why I don’t give the full 10 score is because we checked in at 20 and left again very early next morning - so we didn’t get to experience much of the hotel facilities - but the little we experienced was a clear 10’er, maybe even 11…!

These apartments are located in Bochum’s historic Dahlhausen district, directly next to Bochum-Dahlhausen Train Station and the Ruhr River.

We stayed in 2015 and 2019. It is a great hotel that has not lost anything from its comfort / quality. Also the receptionist Mr Kris is a great employee. I would like to thank him too. She loves her job, she is friendly and helpful.
