The resort was beautiful. The room was given to us as an upgrade and we were surprised by how huge it was and how comfy. The staff did not expect any tips they always say "I'm just doing our job" and they do it very well. Very clean. Food is excellent it is inevitable to gain weight. However, it is healthy.

This is the second visit to the same resort for my wife and I and It was a delight to return. The welcoming nature of all the staff and animation team is infectious and gets you into the holiday mood from the beginning. The whole atmosphere was amazing. Great reception service. A lot of food options with good quality, It was if you were in a miniature city with everything available at the hotel. Rooms where clean, confortable bed and shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The sea was beautiful — especially the area to the right of the pier — and perfect for snorkeling, with plenty of colorful fish and coral reefs to explore. The food was tasty and had a lot of variety, especially at the grill stations. You’ll always find something to enjoy. The night shows were enjoyable and different each evening, which kept things interesting. The staff were friendly and professional. A big thank you to Assistant Manager Mr. Zaki Said, Mr. Sameh Abbas at the reception, Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Toadros at the main restaurant, and Mr. Atef for his exceptional room service.. We look forward to coming back and repeating this enjoyable experience.

the staff are the greatest asset here. All lovely people, nothing is too much trouble. The relaxing area on the beach was new to me, it is excellent. No animation or sales people allowed, just peace and quiet. It is like a second home. I'm booked already for my next visit.

This hotel is situated in Hurghada and is a 10-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport. Albatros Aqua Park is located 600 Meter far away from the beach.

Room is good. However bathroom floor slope is not proper and so water came out from bathroom to our room. Otherwise Everything very nice. It was a full board booking. Food in breakfast, lunch and dinner was awesome. Huge varieties of food and very delicious taste. Live grilled chicken and fish was mouth watering.
