Our first day at the hotel was a real nightmare, because when I and my 7 years old daughter arrived at the hotel at 24:30 at night, we were really tired after a long journey went to our room and just wanted to sleep, but the air conditioning didn’t work so we call the front desk to send someone to fix it and we had to call 3 times before someone came and did fix it but a half an hour later the fire alarm went out and we call and call, they answer and every time they said that the help is on the way but no one came.
We took our luggage and went out from the room ,because of the alarm noise.
Went to the reception and could see that they are sitting and enjoying, got really angry at them and then they came to fix it.
Wanted to take another hotel the next day but after we did meet Mr, Mahmoud the manager of the wellness center and Mrs Bassant the hotel manager so everything changed in a very positive way. My 7 years old daughter wanted to swim but the water was cold because of something was wrong with the heating, but Mr Mahmoud right away started to fix the issue. He did everything to make her happy and give os free access to the wellness center. He even cancelled his holiday with his family just to be at the hotel and make sur that the pool water is warm enough and my daughter is happy. REALLY APPRECIATED .
Mrs Bassant as well did everything to make our stay at this hotel unforgettable and she all the time was there to help us and made sure that we had a great time and enjoying. Last day my daughter got a little bit sick and Mrs Bassant was there to help. That’s how a professional hotel manager must to be, THANKS A LOT.
