The service! first of all, the service was really good and welcoming, we felt that they listened and answered to all our requests and needs, lovely staff and very service minded. The design in the hotel is special and all areas are very beautiful and charming. Perfect location (we rented a car but I guess that even without a car the location is very central), and all the facilities are very good (i.e. pool, 3 different restaurants, spa etc.).

The stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff was the best I have ever met and was very helpful and kind. The food was amazing and varied. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. The hotel area was perfect. The entertainment was varied and very fun and shows at night were amazing.
