The bus station is around the corner and the main touristic atractions crossing a street (no steps to reach the hotel if you are walking with luggage). The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable and the staff is really helpful (Laura from the frontdesk gave the extra mile to help us find transport to a little town on a Sunday). Our stay at Burgos was great thanks to these details.

Great location: close to everything, but quiet. Good isolation between rooms. Comfy bed. Even with lots of things going on, reception staff was super nice.
