The atmosphere is very hygge. Candles burning and music playing. it’s gorgeous. our room also had a sitting area and they let us check in early. it is within walking distance to restaurants for dinner. Chocolates, apples and nuts in room upon arrival. No but cracker though to be able to eat the nuts.

The house and its surrounding land is amazing. Very nice attick well decorated and equipped. Extra facilities such as ping pong table, soccer field and amazing open land out side. Owner and emploee were very kind.

I have never given a 10 but this place deserves an 11. So clean, so uniquely decorated. So thoughtfully arranged and generously stacked with everything I could have wanted in my room. Quiet, beyond clean. I loved it and cannot find anything wrong with it….which I always do :)

The hotel is located within the Finca de la Magdelena country estate in the highest point of Soto del Barco boasting stunning views and a unique, peaceful setting.

A beautiful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is very good as well. This hotel is a ten minute walk from the center of town but well worth the extra steps. It is one of my top hotels on the Camino del Norte.

Immaculate, stunning property and wonderful staff. The location is quiet and pristine, it’s a nice walk to the sea. The bed and linens are very high quality, bathroom large and spotless, with very good water pressure. It is clear that a lot of thought went into the design and consideration of how to meet the needs of the guests. the restaurant is lovely with a nice selection of local flavors and wines.

Located 10 minutes drive from Avilés in Asturias, URH Hotel Spa Zen Balagares offers an extensive spa “(paid)”. The stylish, air-conditioned rooms have a plasma TV and free WiFi.
