Our room was amazing in everyway, we were given an upgrade upon our arrival. We arrived on the early flight and we were aware of the 4.30 check in. We arrived around 1 pm expecting to dump our bags and go for a walk. But no the staff were amazing, the lady made us both a coffee and enjoyed it in the amazing seating area and then reception confirmed our room was ready. Couldn't fault anything

It was the best holiday. We are so happy. The hotel is the best in Spain. We plan again next holiday to go to this hotel. Amazing. The staff amazing. So happy because they speak English.
