The views and staff. Overall a great experience! This is a stunning property and the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make our stay incredible. The concierge (Netty) planned some beautiful excursions for us and gave us great recommendations! The staff at the reception was also great, Francina , Natalie, Jaume, Javier, I am forgetting some names but all of them made our stay exceptional. We extended our stay here because we loved the hospitality so much. Would love to go back and highly recommend the place!

Everything, amazing hotel - great amenities, lovely staff, amazing pool area, beautiful room with an incredible view. We sadly only stayed a night (stayed in soller and cala d’Or before this) so probably didn’t get to truly enjoy all the amenities- but would highly recommend! The territory is spectacular! The gardens and lands are kept in immaculate condition. Their kitchen garden fills the air with wonderful aromas of herbs and lavender. The views from the terrace and balconies are breathtaking. We loved the attention and enthusiasm of every member of personnel. Our special appreciation goes to Javier from the Terra restaurant, The food in all the restaurants in the hotel is of the highest quality and taste! We’re looking forward to coming back soon because it’s been one of the best hotel experiences in our life! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the service is top notch, the breakfast buffet is abundant and versatile!

Excellent staff, warm friendly and so accommodating. I had asked for a nice room as it was myself & my friends first time away on our own with our kids and we got an amazing room with a pool a sea view! Our apartment was exceptional and really exceeded our expectations.

Everyone was really kind , the rooms was clean and cozy , we asked for extra blankets the firt hotwl that didnt cause hustle around it , breakfeast was nice and the location to the beach and parties was the best , we were close but still could sleep peacefully . we will be a 100% back

Very friendly staff, nice pool and views, great buffet food, everything clean. Definitely recommended for stay with children as there were lots of activities and lots of kids there, but anyone would enjoy the hotel even without kids (I was there just with a friend and we enjoyed it)
