The staying was very welcoming! We had a couple of welcome mini bottles of wine and chocolate (free) and a gift for when we left. The staff was very nice and present 24/7. The position was optimal, very close to Puerta del sol and perfect to reach by foot every important location. Even tho we were very central the room was quiet and we had a perfect stay.

I loved the location of the property, the view at the terrace is unbeatable. Staff really nice and always helping out. I would definitely stay there again, the rooms are bigger than expected and there's a lot of restaurants, pharmacies around the hotel.

Perfect location, near Plaza de España where there are 2 metro stations. Near Gran Via, the most famous road when you want to shop and enjoy the architecture of the buildings. The breakfast was really nice with a great variety of things to eat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom is large and has too much space to get comfortable.

Breakfast was not in the hotel itself. We paid for breakfast at the reception and went to have breakfast in a cafe, it is 50-60 meters from the hotel itself. Breakfast is small, but in the morning for us it is enough, and its price is 6 €. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is almost immediately behind the opera, and very close to the Royal Palace. You can walk to many important places in Madrid from there. Good beds, comfortable furniture, good shower room, some blankets in the closet. Clean. View from the window to the square, there are even two small balconies. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. I can't remember everything, but everything was great.

I loved this hotel .It was located so close to whete I had to work. The rooms are spotless and of a very high standard..I had a lovely terrace,with a fantastic view, shame it rained , so I couldn't completely benefit from it . The staff were fantastic and so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel..

Very accessible location close to the metro station, the room was very clean and came with a spacious balcony to enjoy the morning sun. The staff was very efficient and helpful. I would especially like to thank them again for reaching out to me so quickly after the cleaning service found an important item that I had forgotten in the safe after checking out!

Perfect cleanness. Extremely friendly, attentive, courteous staff. The air conditioner worked well in the room. Very convenient design of windows and shutters. We could get a good sleep in the morning. I didn’t find the numbers of receptionist for booking coffee in the room. So I had to go down to the restaurant. But breakfast was prepared instantly! The staff in the restaurant is very nice, thank you!
