Beautiful location, helpful staff and great big room

Hotel is located in the very center of the city, in the green quite area. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, slept like a baby. Nice, polite and sympatic crew. Of course breakfast is top quality, tasty coffee, crêpes, orange fresh, strawberry jam is awesome, like my home-made. Thanks to such breakfast I also learnt local products that I could after buy on the way back home.

Despite traveling as a big group, we never felt like “just another reservation” — the staff anticipated our needs and took care of every single detail as if they knew us personally. Their personalized service felt like something out of a dream: seamless room service that turned our evenings into cozy, candlelit moments, perfectly presented with glassware and cloches; attentive concierge support that helped craft delightful outings and surprises for our kids; and thoughtful room setup that made every one of us feel seen and valued. It was this heartfelt, family-centered approach that turned our trip into something memorable. The hotel’s amenities elevated our experience further: relaxing swims in the indoor pool, rejuvenation in the steam room and sauna, indulgent moments in the SpaSuite, and invigorating visits to the fitness studio — all crafted with care and accessible at just the right times for our family’s rhythm. What impressed us most was how the staff seemingly anticipated small wishes before we even voiced them — a fresh snack for the little ones, a seamlessly arranged transfer, or a timely surprise that made the children’s faces light up. The room was excellent so was the breakfast was amazing. I got scammed twice from scammers hacking the booking.com app. it was impossible to contact booking.com and report it. The hotel were absolutely fantastic and told me it was hackers and not them contacting me. I really hope booking.com is reimbursing the hotel for the wage cost for all the additional resource it is taking them to deal with an issue which is nothing to do with them. Booking.com you need to make it easier to get to customer support as AI is not good enough.

Very comfortable hotel, very welcoming staff who helped me choose a nice room, the room was spacious with armchair and table, small bathroom but well equipped , varied breakfast with lots of homemade dishes , well situated opposite the station but quiet , not far from the town centre. We really enjoyed our stay and whenever i am in Chambery i always stay there. Never disappointed!
