Such a charming place. Lovely room with loads of character. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower at one end and large bath at the other end. Nice terrace to sit out and have a drink or 2.

The property itself was beautiful and really well thought out. A family run business since 2013 they have crafted 3 beautiful Villas with a forth in progress. Its location is ideal if you want a short drive to both San Sebastián or Biarritz.

The facilities are clean and they actually service the room clearing the rubbish and replaced the used towels every day. Location is good near enough to the centre but not too close with crowd and noise. Carpark very short walk to the premise and it’s very safe car park. The reception service by Jacque and Delphin were fantastic. Gave advance notice of the storm that approached Biarritz in the night.
