The hotel is lovely, easy to find, with very nice rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is amazing and they were beyond our expectations, they helped us with everything (recommending restaurants, giving us a map with the most visited points in Lourdes). We had a beautiful view from the room to the mountains, and there are also rooms with views to the river. The breakfast was also very good and full with a lot of things. Our stay at this hotel was one of the nicest, we strongly recommend it and we will come back for sure!

Easy location from train station. Good parking at the back of property. We walked everywhere but Sanctuary is a 10 minute walk from the hotel -

We had a family room and was very comfortable and clean . Location was very Good. 10-15 min to the grotto . I walk with walking crutch.

Breakfast was a great spread of options - all available as a buffet and more than enough to suit all options. The staff were great - I have not been here for about 9 years - but they recognised me immediately (before I even mentioned my name) - and gave me a great welcome that made me feel at home straight away.

Restaurant excellent. New chef has real talent- matching ingredients and succeeding in perfect marriage of flavours. A most enjoyable experience dining here.

We were met with a very friendly and helpful reception. We enjoyed both the evening meal and the breakfast that were served in front of an open log fire. The room was spacious and comfortable with a pleasant view. Parking is in the large driveway in front of the chateau and the wifi works well. A charming location. We will return.
