I stayed in the hotel for 1 night, but it was a very good experience. I arrived to Strasbourg before the check-in time and the staff helped me to find a room, I was very happy with their service and very well spoken English. The room was very clean, everything looked good. I was able to use the luggage storage room the next day. The staff was always kind and helpful in every way. Overall, would recommend it 10/10 if you are visiting Strasbourg!
