The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Iona who went above and beyond when our other accommodation had fallen through. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite. Dinner was delicious and again the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. There isn't any on-site parking but we managed to get a park on the street opposite.

My room and en-suite had been tastefully refurbished and with its view down towards the buildings of Norfolk Gardens made it a very nice place to be.
