Staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The room was amazing and if anything the pictures did not do it justice wow 25 foot ceilings, wonderful views and spacious.

Authentic boutique hotel in 3 connected Georgian townhouses. Great atmosphere. Convenient and quiet location in the new town, close to the royal mile, with an £8-10 uber ride to all the main attractions. Large, comfortable room with great design, especially when comparing to london. Very helpful staff, who give great advice about the city etc. Great lounge and restaurant, perfect for those not wanting to go far for great food. Fabulous A La carte breakfast. Generally a great hotel in every sense.

great location with the best staff and excellent breakfast .I was greeted by an amazing reception manager who guided me how to get to B+Band even helped me with my bags. She was quite efficient and lovely overall . big clean rooms and superb bathrooms . The breakfast was hot and so well made .

Conveniently located close to the city center, yet far enough to enjoy complete peace and quiet. The modern apartments are fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A particularly useful feature is the secure locker where we could store our bags after check-out.

Great budget-friendly hotel! The rooms were surprisingly large, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. While it may seem a bit far from the city center at first glance, it’s actually just a 20 minute bus ride away — super convenient. Plus, the airport is only about 17 minutes away, which is perfect if you’re traveling. Overall, a great value for the price. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for affordable accommodation without sacrificing comfort or service.

Great hotel, the family room was amazing and spacious, with a really good bedding, and a great bath. The location is very convenient, just a short bus ride away from the city centre (we even walked there, with a detour through Dean Village). The neighborhood is also very nice with restaurants within walking distance. Loved it, would definitely go back!

Boutique bedrooms and 3 levels of outside decking make the most of Orocco Pier's waterside setting.
