Once you reach the compound (by driving down the street parallel to the racetrack and if you do not mind the numerous, numerous mobile homes & the trash and litter on that access street -> which does not belong to the site, but to Nottingham) you reach the wonderful, secluded area of Colwick Hall. I loved this hotel, I loved it so much I booked a second night after I got there. Beautiful room, huge soaking tub, great location, perfectly clean, room service, mini fridge, big windows, very comfortable bed. Five minute walk to city center but located up on a hill in a quiet neighborhood. Nice staff.
