Stunning hotel. Everything on site that was needed. The room was gorgeous, bed v comfy and both the bath and shower were exceptional. Amazing breakfast. The entire compound is stunning. Tucked conveniently within a safe and beautiful neighbourhood. All staff were helpful and professional. Room was spacious, clean and outdoor garden was cosy. Glad we picked this instead of an airbnb!

The staff was very polite and very cooperative. The location is major plus point for this hotel. The hotel name was very small to quickly locate at first arrival. The room was spacious and very clean and neatly organized. Absolute value for the money.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. It must have been a busy weekend for them with several events on in the city but they were always happy to not just help, but also chat. Brought scissors to the room when I needed to cut some tags off clothes, happily fixed our key cards for us, etc. Just brilliant. Room was comfy and clean, and bathroom was lovely. Desk with lamp and TV were a nice touch. Floor to ceiling window with loads of natural light and all the amenities you could need - kettle, tea and coffee, iron, etc. Thought it was great value for the location and the level of comfort. Didn't use the gym or restaurant and didn't get breakfast so can't comment on that.

I can’t remember our servers name but the woman we were dealing with at reception was exceptional at her job. Made us feel extremely comfortable and satisfied. Would 10/10 recommend the Alan. It was our second time here and we really enjoy it! Great location
