Spacious rooms, excellent public rooms. Lunch in the bar was excellent as was the included breakfast. All the staff we interacted with were chereful and helpful. Our 4th visit when in the area so despite the negatives we love this hotel.

The respect for customer needs shown through the availability of great teas and coffee, still and bottled water, cookies, tissues, not to mention heated towel racks, temperature and time settings for the quality shower, comfortable warm bed, general feeling of comfort, friendliness and a tasty reasonably priced menu!

Room was good size and beds were comfortable. Tea, coffee was provided. As the name indicates the house is old and therefore the plumbing is kind of old as well. But it functions and that is all it matters. Hotel is in center of old town with all the restaurants, coffee shops and shops on the doorstep. Restaurant, and JC bar are connected to the hotel.

A 4-minute walk from Brighton seafront, the award-winning Snooze is a funky Kemptown guest house filled with colourful, quirky design and inspired 20th-century styling.

We loved the quirky rooms and cosy pub. They made us very welcome. My mum enjoyed her 80th birthday celebration at this charming pub.

I come to the UK just for the Hotel Pelirocco. It makes me happy that there are people in the world who make extraordinary spaces for others to enjoy. Everything about the place is magical from the paintings in the corridors to the bounce of the mattresses and the tiling in the showers. I cannot say enough about this superb hotel and it really feels like the best of Brighton.

In the centre of Brighton, the Artist Residence Hotel faces the iconic West Pier. This unique property features 25 individually decorated rooms with free WiFi and quirky original artwork.

The weather was a bit average, but it was a super cosy comfy spot to be for a couple of days. The staff were all so welcoming and lovely.

The location was great and the rooms were really well decorated and had everything one needed. The staff were friendly and obliging. No complaints at all.
