Everything was fine, the room was comfortable albeit rather small, the shower was big and spacious. They do not have room service but the “restaurant” which is a struggle to figure out if they do have one (they do) was quite nice and absolutely delicious for dinner. The breakfast was fine but workmen kept coming through nonstop back and forth which wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast options were meh and I did honestly worry how long things had been sitting there and no one seemed to be attending it.

During my travels in the UK, which I undertake almost every year, I've noticed that the farther we stay from the main cities, the more authentic the hospitality service becomes. This holds true for the Best Western Lancashire Manor Hotel as well—excellent check-in and check-out experience, with a brilliant breakfast team. I’m an early riser and though the eggs were not ready, someone went the extra mile to prepare them for me. Kudos to the gentleman who was in all black attire that morning.

The Holiday Inn Express Leigh is situated adjacent to the state-of-the-art Leigh Sports Village. Located just off the A580 that links Manchester and Liverpool and 4 miles from the M6 motorway.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the airport. My flight was early morning, yet they served a continental breakfast from 4h00. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Internet was great.

Amazing place - this is a place that not only looks beautiful but smells beautiful, plus a super friendly owner. Can't wait to stay here again! I visit family in Manchester regularly and hopefully would happily book this every time.
