Unassuming from the outside, but absolutely lovely inside. The staff could not do enough for me and I have to say that the food quality was excellent.

Situated in Dorchester centre, Westwood House is a 20-minute drive from the scenic coast at Weymouth. Set in an historical 4-story building, the guest house offers free Wi-Fi and cooked breakfasts.

We arrived at this stunning property only a few days after the new owners, Jocelyn and Carl took over. They are a delightful couple and fantastic hosts who did everything to make our stay memorable. We were part of a family group of four couples and we were all impressed by the tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast in the conservatory was lovely.

Little Court is a delightful Edwardian Country House with fabulous gardens, just 1 mile from the centre of historic Dorchester, and just 20 minutes from the World Heritage ‘Jurassic Coast’.

Quaint old place. Goggle maps took us down a long narrow road in the middle of nowhere then we came across the Haymakers Inn. It was such a wonderful surprise 😮 staff were good able to eat there so no need to go out.

This is my second time staying here. The second was as good as the first! I love everything here. The house is tastefully designed, every detail is looked into to make your stay comfortable. So clean and homely. Breakfast was great with generous servings. Location in a nice neighbourhood. Easy to park.

Spacious twin room with ample light, quiet & plenty of tea, coffee etc. The bathroom was spacious & a really good shower. Parking & location were perfect. 3 min walk into town. Mark was a great host. Knowledgeable & friendly.
