The location is perfect for old town, easy to get also from the bus station (if you do not have big luggages), the building is lovely, staff, cleanliness,beautiful design, everything was perfect, quiet street. Highly recommend the place. We did not had breakfast so I do not know what to say about it.

I stayed in this beautiful hotel for my birthday in Chania. I booked a room with a rooftop terrace, and the view from the terrace was spectacular. I had the amazing view of the lighthouse as well as the harbour. Probably one of the best views I could imagine to have from one’s own terrace. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, but it was meant to be classic . There was a comfy duvet for winter, which was thick enough to keep me warm. Olga, the lady who made us breakfast, was such a great host. She was polite and kind. She asked our preference for breakfast. I loved the freshly squeezed juice and the brewed coffee. The beautiful table settings, and she used beautiful glasses and cups, which she took out from a classic kitchen cupboard. I had a glance of their glassware collections, and I saw the photos of their family, too. The whole stay was memorable. It felt as if I am visiting a friend’s house in overseas that I am not so close to. Highly recommend.

Really special accomodation in an old Venetian Palace, with very unique atmospehere. Katherina is amazing, she has an answer for everything. We enjoyed staying there with the long nice breakfasts on the terrace in the shadow of the lemon tree.

By arrival we were met by the kind, professional staff. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed. The personel showed us to our room, explained everything we needed to know. The room was much more than we expected - and i was wonderfully surprised about the view from the big balcony. Even though we are in the center of Chania, it was completely quiet and peaceful. The view was beautiful even by morning, day and by night, where we could enjoy the view of the light house. Afterwards we went for a little walk around the hotel, and we were amazed by the hidden spots, corners and places to relax. The small "garden" or yard upstairs were for example something very very wonderful. And i can imagine how peaceful it would be to drink your morning coffee there.

Location was wonderful- In the heart of the old city overlooking the harbor. We arrived in the middle of the night and although not so easy to get to by car, the hotel arranged for a wonderful taxi driver to meet us at the airport and take us right there. He helped us with our bags right to the room. It was a most appreciated and very reasonably priced service. The staff at the hotel over extended themselves to assist us, even after we had left. All in all, a great stay.

Exceptional service and staff that makes our stay special. Crete was the last stop for our Greece vacation and our 2 night stay at Casa Delfino was memorable and very comfortable.     Beautifully designed little boutique hotel on a picturesque street in the old town of Chania. Nikos, the host was truly the loveliest we have encountered out of many on our travels around Crete. He gave us advice on the best breakfasts and coffees and was over and above helpful with our bags and taxi bookings. we have stayed in many lovely place in Chania over the years but this one is our favourite now as it just ticks all the boxes.

    This small boutique hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The views from the balcony were stunning - looking across the port of Chania. The room was gorgeous, old style. Our host Olga was the most lovely, friendly and accommodating host I've met. Even our breakfast was exceptional - such a huge variety of food. A very memorable and beautiful stay.
