The hotel is wonderful with an exceptional view. They offered us a two-story room instead of a standard one completely free of charge. Probably one of the best in this town. The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel was clean, rooms good size (stayed in the duplex), hot tub, stunning views of the sea and volcano from the room, the famous sunset from the balcony - no need to travel to crowded tourist spots for the sunset, location was good - can walk to Fira main square and Imerovigli in approx. 15 min, 2 min walk from free parking, Approx. 20 min drive from the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I loved the swimming pool and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is centrally located. It's located near all the best restaurants in town and close to charming souvenir shops. Plus, right next to the hotel, there are streets with breathtaking views. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, Highly recommend!

The facilities, the room itself, the location, but most importantly all the staff and the hospitality! From the moment we came, we are greeted and welcomed by people that would do everything to make our stay as great as possible. To top it all off, on the last day that we left the hotel to catch a flight early in the morning, we accidentally left our passports inside the safety box in our room. From the airport security (about an hour before the flight) I called the hotel and told the reception about this emergency situation, and after about 15 minutes my passport is delivered to the airport, without me having to pay anything for this! If this does not define the highest level of their hospitality, then I guess nothing else would :)

charisma suites stay was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the friendly and professional staff and spechally mrs fotina. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed with the cleanliness and elegance of the hotel and common areas. The room itself was nothing short of stunning (room 33), with modern decor and comfortable furnishings that made me feel immediately at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the complimentary bottled water and the welcome drink they have provide us' even they upgrade my reservation Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of dining in the hotel's restaurant, which offered a diverse and delicious menu of locally-sourced cuisine. The impeccable service from the attentive and knowledgeable staff truly made each meal a memorable experience. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional attention to detail and personalized service. From the thoughtful notes left by housekeeping to the helpful recommendations from the concierge, every interaction felt warm and genuine. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. It truly exceeded all of my expectations and I cannot wait to return.
