Good breakfast, not excellent. Bed is very comfortable, mattress and pillows are Coco-mat. Nice bar and restaurant by the pool offer descent variety of food and drinks. Air conditioning works great. Generally the room was comfortable, for the money we paid it was excellent. Also complementary wine and water upon arrival.

The room was clean and comfortable. The central heating was on and it was pleasant. The lady spoke good English and was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was by the lake and it was quiet. Breakfast was good and the coffee too.

I used this place as a getaway to Zagoria and Tzoumerka. I choose it becuse it's close to the main highway and I don't have to spend time going through the city witch would take time. It was perfect for this. The surprise was that it was a really good vibe hotel as it is. The vibe is great, music near the pool, great for sitting down and drinking coffee. The room is basically a little home apartment with everything you need.

The location inside the castle walls made the experience unique, quiet, convenient, and culturally charming. You are greeted by a lovely courtyard with its own well, the rooms were exactly what we needed, and within a five-ten minute walk you could be among restaurants and cafes or shops, but within the castle walls all was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was lovely if you wanted to start your day that way. The beautiful Ioannana lake was also just a short walk away, as were very interesting museums. We would recommend staying here to anybody!

This Resort was exceptional. The owner was a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we had was the best we have had up till now. It had everything you can think of. There was an ubundance of food. I couldn't fault this Hotel. Our room was lovely and beds were comfortable. It is located a little out of Ioannina so it was so peaceful especially the view which looked over the lake. Frontzu Politia is my favourite spot in Ioannina, location is probably as good as it gets, the atmosphere is amazing and the boutique feeling with the traditional touch is a perfect combination of modern and traditional, I would recommend it 100%, staff is always helpful and very friendly, going out of their way to assist. The breakfast is a whole experience on its own as it is located in the highest point with a beautiful view of the lake and the entire city. Additionally mr Giorgos that has been looking after the guests in the breakfast is like a walking encyclopedia for the city and surroundings, he is always offering information and tips. As for the food it is great with local options, fresh eggs etc. Do not miss it!
