This is lovely restored house in traditional style. Our room was beautiful and with great view of Volos and the gulf. Breakfast was also good and tasty. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

The room was truly upmarket and the moon-shaped balcony was spacious with a great side-on view of the foreshore and harbour. The set-out of the room was very neatly arranged with regard to space availability - but the typical "greek-style" shower was large with good fittings and that suited us well. Breakfast was more than we expected. I would rate the breakfast as supurb. Moreover the cappucino's were outstanding, despite having to pay a little extra for them - well worth it though. The location couldn't have been better for us - right on the foreshore. Perfect to board our yacht which was moored almost directly in front of the hotel.

Nice property in a quiet location. The room was big, clean with very comfortable bed. There is a small kitchenette and a nice bathroom. The balcony has nice views and two comfortable chairs with table. The host was very kind and attentive. Overall great spot to stay while exploring area.

    We really like the location and the view from our balcony which looked the port of Patitiri. Really nicely designed rooms, especially we liked a roof fan in our room that saved us from the heat and we didn’t have to use the air conditioner we don’t prefer in general. Very clean, very polite and professional staff
