Nothing to complain. Very comfortable and clean,. The room have big spaces. Very clean. The staff was polite and helpfull for everything. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned everyday. Small hotel , but you feel like home, especially during breakfast.Compliments to all the staff who were ready to help you every moment.

Excellent location, amazing Spa, stunning view on the sea, perfect combination of relaxing at the sea and city access and live music through a pianist at breakfast and evening in the lobby. Very attentive staff.

Stylish hotel with smallish but great swimming pools, lots of sun-bed with umbrella options, lots of restaurants options as the other hotels are side by side. We had the Panoramic sea views which were exceptional and worth the extra money.

Location!!! Could not be more central. Well supplied, great host, accommodating space, facilities all worked as expected.

The location is perfect, within 3 mins you can reach supermarket, bus station etc. Property was clean and have meet excpectations. Property has a free parking area, also some of Dubrovnik beaches are very close but it wasn't the right time to visit.

We have stayed at Kazbec many times over the years and even if we aren’t staying at the hotel we always have breakfast there (as well as other meals). The staff is outstanding and friendly. Wonderful property.

The most amazing location in the centre of Dubrovnik, a very beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant and some of the best service we have ever received. We arrived early and our rooms weren't ready so we happily sat in the square people (particularly game of thrones tours) watching, drinking cocktails and eating wonderful food. Our rooms were very comfortable with amazing bathrooms for such an old and quirky building. One day was quite stormy so we happily sat in the restaurant eating and drinking while watching yet more game of thrones tours getting blown about and rained on! The staff were fantastic and we would happily stay there again just for the service.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Everything was so clean and perfect. Staff at reception desk were so kind and helpful and they even arranged a sea facing room though we booked it in the last minute. Our stay here gave us nice memories to cherish for lifetime.
