This is not the first time we're staying in this hotel. This time the room was wonderful, with direct view to main square/hotel terrace. We didn't eat at the hotel, but location is superb.

The staff are exceptional. We received an upgrade upon arrival. The breakfast buffet for such a large hotel was excellent. Location very good - a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Zagreb. We had a late flight the next day and they happily looked after our luggage after we had checked out - which was also great as checkout is only at 11h00

The owner was exceptionally nice, every morning they made us an amazing and rich homemade breakfast (eggs, pancakes, homemade olive oil, greek yogurt with honey,...). And of course his cockatoo bird Koko is just adorable to see. The accomodation had private parking, and the metro station is just arround the corner. We cannot compliment the host and the service enough, if you have a chance, we would definitely recommend to stay here! 10/10
